I do this by proactively creating and fostering growth and development opportunities and by providing targeted support for engineers and engineering teams at their time of need.In my current role, I focus on supporting and building our internal engineering organization of more than 500 engineers across many teams, functions, and levels of experience and expertise. I have consistently introduced and led Developer Experience initiatives, resulting in a more effective and productive engineering team and culture.
