Managed a district of between 9 - 14 stores for FX1 Mobile, which was a premium dealer of T-Mobile. My district consisted of stores in Georgia, Tennessee and the Carolinas. Took my experience as a trainer and a store manager to build and develop teams of up 90 FT/PT employees. Reviewed results and reports with all store personnel, developed action plans and trained/coached based on the results. Ensured that all the store locations met T-Mobile's company standards and expectations. I provided store leadership, oversight, directions, and motivation to build cohesive teams and a positive team environment. Met and exceeded sales objectives.

Developed the FX1 Mobile training program from the ground up. This included determining the right methods/systems to use for virtual trainings for new and existing employees throughout the Southeast. In addition to the training material that T-Mobile provided, I created supplemental training material, trainings and classes designed to take trainings to the next level, including Development Boot Camps for underperforming Mobile Experts, and one on one trainings, either in person or in a virtual classroom. Worked closely with individual employees that had aspirations of the next level to develop actions plans (daily, weekly, monthly) to help guide them to the next level.

Manage a small base of 5 - 10 accounts with an extensive business portfolio of products, including wireline, mobile solutions, cloud services and software technologies, manage sales funnel, and close deals. Collaborate with sales professionals and executives, product vendors, and customers to develop solutions that address the client's needs.

Handpicked by management to train all newly hired store managers and sales representatives in the region.
