After nearly a decade in the restaurant industry, I am starting a new career as an Insurance Producer at Farmer's Insurance! This marks an exciting career change into a completely new industry; with new challenges I am looking forward to facing. I hope to lean on my experience in customer service, and my many years as a manager to navigate this new and exciting chapter.Before my career shift, I was the FOH Manager of Kenji's Ramen & Grill, where I worked closely with the owners and staff to create an excellent dining experience. While at the helm, my team and I were able to win Best of Clark County in the Japanese Food Category back to back in 2023 & 2024.I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with an incredible staff, that I truly enjoyed working with.While at Kenji's, I was able to advance my skills as a manager, a difficult yet rewarding role. Before Kenji's, I graduated from Washington State University, with a Bachelors in Business Administration, majoring in MIS. In my final semester I was awarded with the Best Team Award for my success and hard work in the MAP program. During school I worked part time at MOD pizza, where I improved my customer service skills, my time management skills, and my ability to work quickly under pressure.
