I'm an IT Professional with 10 years of experience in in both Quality Assurance Testing and Technical Support. I've specialized in proprietary point of sale software. However, I'm looking to transition out of retail software and into software development. I graduated Spring 2020 with my B.S. in Game Programming and Development from Southern New Hampshire University with a 4.0 GPA. During my time in school I've become familiar with several programming languages including C++, C#, Java, and Python. Additionally I'm also fluent in SQL and Visual Basic of Applications (specifically for Excel). I've also gained experience with Unreal Engine 4. During my IT career I've worn several hats. A majority of my career has been within the Professional Services realm, providing on-site Quality Assurance testing, Consulting, and Technical Support to customers executing large scale software and hardware refreshes. In addition to QA and Support, I was also involved in special hardware and software deployment projects as a component to the larger project. I've provided training, documentation, and have defined standards and procedures, many of which are still in use. I've demonstrated the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment and have proven to be flexible not only in my availability but with my responsibilities and roles. I've worked on projects for several major grocery retailers including Delhaize (Food Lion, Hannaford), Whole Foods Market, The Southern Cooperative in the UK, and Woolworth's in Australia.
