Ryan M. Cunningham is a partner at Fitch Law Partners LLP, representing clients in all phases of business and complex litigation.Ryan M. Cunningham is a graduate of Wesleyan University (B.A., French studies/government, 1997) and Boston University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2004). While at Boston University, he was an advocate in the Albers honors moot court competition, served as a director of the Esdaile moot court competition, and was named an Edward F. Hennessey Scholar. Prior to law school, he worked as a litigation project assistant at the law firm of Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt in Portland, Oregon. He is a member of the Alpha Delta Phi literary society (1994).Prior to joining Fitch Law Partners LLP, Ryan spent four years as a litigator at Foley Hoag, LLP, with a focus on complex commercial litigation and accountants’ professional liability.
