Worked in several clinical settings with mostly geriatric patients including outpatient, acute care, swing bed, home health, long term and memory care. Created the Cardiac, Pulmonary and Vascular Rehab program in 2018. Developed SECH into a sought after PT clinical education site starting in 2017. Coordinated Rehab Department Inservice schedule and personally delivered presentations on topics including anatomy reviews, concussion, heart failure, wound care and patient management for the acutely ill.

Supervised 2 PTAs to manage caseload consisting of orthopaedics, post surgery, pediatrics, geriatrics, neurology and sports injury. Developed post concussion syndrome clinical pathway and cardiac wellness screen. Presented monthly clinical inservice. Additional business activities included rebranded website and print materials, introduced lead generation tracking while also marketing to health care providers.

Instruct approximately 20 students once a week in general anatomy with both cadavers and models.

As a Therapy Aide, assist therapists in both inpatient Medsurg and ICU settings and outpatient treatments; have worked with Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injury, joint replacement, general deconditioning.
