• R&D - Involved in design, prototyping, and development of products and technology for oil & gas industry using synthetic polycrystalline diamond for drilling applications.• Balanced Poppet Valve - Supported design and testing of solenoid hammer that actuates valve using rapid pulse hammering. Automated testing process using Arduino microcontroller, h-bridge module, custom circuitry, and code.• Rotary Seal Testing - Designed steel pressure vessel with ACME threads and o-ring seals for testing PTFE rotary seals in proprietary configuration at 1000 psid. Modeled and drafted test apparatus, designed component tolerances, carried out testing, collected and analyzed data.• Flow Tachometer - Designed apparatus to test turbines used in flow rate monitoring. Compiled and analyzed data, comparing various turbine designs for use in flow monitoring.
