I am an Organisation and People Development Consultant (and registered Industrial & OrganisationalPsychologist). My company, Next Peak, partners with diverse organisations to advise, design and implement innovative and engaging solutions that enhance the performance of individuals, teams and organisations. Furthermore, I am an executive and career coach, working with clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Prior to founding Next Peak, I held leadership roles in a number of communal organisations, workedin organisational development in the airline industry and spent six years as a management consultant. I advise and coach clients across industries, in South Africa and globally, from graduates to Board level. Moreover, I design and facilitate immersive professional development programmes for leaders and other stakeholders in non-profits, the public and private sector. I also volunteer for a number of non-profit organisations locally and internationally, mentor young communal leaders, and have presented and attended a number of leadership and education conferences worldwide. I thrive when building relationships and making a difference. Furthermore, I constantly seek out opportunities to partner on challenging and meaningful opportunities to design and implement sustainable solutions that enhance people's lives and communities. In 2019, I also completed a Certificate in Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, U.S.A. in aneffort to further expand my global network of change makers, learn from respected faculty in the social sector, and grow my social impact toolkit to have the ability to share these resources with others working to build sustainable solutions to what may seem to be insurmountable issues. Much of the learning, content and insights from my studies, work assignments and pro-bono work is integrated into my work and solution offerings. Recently, I was part of the steering committee for an inaugural virtual Certificate in Entrepreneurship Program at New York University (Bronfman) for South Africans, and in February 2023, I participated in the University of Pennsylvania's Global Social Impact House in Costa Rica.
