Increased line output by up to 80%. Coordinated corrective actions and engineering change orders to address more than 50 issues and recover more than $2m of reworkable product. Created and maintained more than 20 QCPs across 9 process areas.• Revamped routine at-line testing methods. Standardized terminology and consolidated up to four documents into a single comprehensive checklist for each area. Implemented matching fields in local manufacturing execution system, automating unscalable data collection and calculation steps formerly done by operators, leads, clerks, and engineers.• Compiled production data into a responsive and interactive Excel dashboard for exploratory data analysis. Automated data cleaning and analysis using Power Query, then created relationships and extended functionality with Data Models.
