After successful stints at AIG and Executive Risk, Ryan founded the Executive Lines division within RPS in 1999 and during his tenure became one of the foremost experts in the Executive Liability realm. A frequent speaker and guest lecturer, Ryan is a specialist in public and private company directors and officers liability, employment practice liability, cyber liability and errors and omissions liability. He leads a national team with locations in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Cambridge, Los Angeles, and San Francisco that places over $800M of premium annually. Ryan's primary niche focus was on technology, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and financial institutions. In 2011, he was the creator of Innovas, a state of the art online multi-carrier binding platform for the small business executive liability insurance arena and in 2016 he led his team to create rpssmallbusiness.com, an online platform that has revolutionized the cyber insurance industry and has since created dozens of additional products.
