As a Customer Integration Engineer, I am responsible for the following:- Participating and running workshops with key stakeholders to fully understand the customer’s integration requirements- Configuring system interfaces, operating iPaaS/ETL solutions, and customizing operational tools to support customer data ingestion and a smooth client onboarding process- Building analytics and data visualization tools in response to client requests and to support decision making

As a Software Engineer on the Celigo Labs team, I currently do the following:- Create templates that allow customers to both send and receive EDI X12 format transactions, such as for an 850 Purchase Order and 810 Invoice- Help conduct user testing to ensure templates are both X12 compliant and meet the specifications of the particular vendor- Collaborate with team members in a variety of different time zones, including abroadI have also previously done the following:- Created easy-to-use templates that allow customers to quickly and easily send data between two different applications through the use of API- Performed testing of teammate templates to find and correct problems before going live - Documented the steps taken to set up the template, as well as issues that may occur and their solutions- Worked as a development team member within a scrum team, delivering multiple templates each sprint complete with documentation- Used a variety of applications on a day-to-day basis to ensure high quality of templates, such as NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central- Collaborated with team members from across the globe to deliver a high-quality product

As an Associate Program Manager for the Marketplace, it was my job to help grow Celigo's partner ecosystem and generate more high-value solutions for its automation Marketplace. This was done through helping design and manage Celigo Marketplace programs as well as collaborating cross-functionality with the Product, Operations, and Marketing to create wins for customers, partners, and Celigo itself.

As a Rotational Trainee, I went through an 8 month long program that provided me the opportunity to be mentored and trained in four departments at Celigo, which are Solutions Architect, Integrations Engineering, Integration Consulting, and Support. My day-to-day consisted of working through a curriculum designed to give me expertise in each of the four departments through tasks such as establishing base knowledge of their integration platform and working on projects.

As a mentor of the iDEW Program, I traveled to a local high school and assisted a computer science teacher within two of their classes throughout the school day in whatever capacity they needed, whether that was through making sure students were motivated in their work or through troubleshooting issues. Through this work, I facilitated student growth through being a resource that helped guide students towards success as they completed a curriculum that was made to prepare them for a future in the tech industry.

As a Teacher Assistant for INFO-I 210, I am primarily responsible for grading weekly labs that are turned in by students. In order to properly grade each lab, I must use the provided rubric and provide ample comments on each requirement. I must also hold office hours so that any student within the class can receive help with current assignments, such as their lab, hands-on practices, and their final group project. Additionally, I am required to create a variety of documents, such as office hour logs and feedback on how the class has done with a particular concept each week.

Over my 8 week internship in the Infosys InStep program, I worked on a project assigned by a project mentor. Throughout this project, I utilized and improved upon code etiquette, critical thinking, problem-solving, and coding in Python. At the end of the internship, my collaborator and I were able to present a tangible demonstration to our project mentor and others.

As a LiFT Scholars Peer Mentor, I was to oversee a few dozen incoming first-year college students that are in the LiFT Scholars Program, which is a program funded by the National Science Foundation. I strived to streamline the process of integrating into college life and was a resource for them to go any time that they needed anything.
