• Led sub-departmental team responsible for all aspects of global employee data management, people systems, processes and reporting, including but not limited to HRIS (Successfactors, BambooHR), Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse), and performance review platforms (CultureAmp, Zugata) for over 2200 employees across 23+ global offices• Managed and developed globally dispersed team of People Systems Analysts and HRIS Specialists while leading various cross-functional projects internally and with external vendors • Partnered with diversified cross-functional global stakeholders (IT, HRBP, FP&A, Talent Acquisition, Senior Executive Leadership, etc.) to identify opportunities for and implement process standardization, optimization and automation to maximize team capacity and resources • Ensured efficient delivery of people systems services, including cross-platform integrations (payroll to HRIS, ATS to HRIS…), definition of data management best practices, ad hoc requests, and overall compliance with relevant standards and regulations • Captained specialization reorganization of People Analytics department with the goal of increasing efficiency and driving internal client satisfaction • Drove automation and promoted data usage via Alteryx, utilizing API calls, automated emails, scheduled tasks, Google Suite integrations, and bulk data processing
