Managed the communication of funds for financial institutions through the automation process.

Modeled traffic patterns for studies within communities and the region as a whole. Developed strategic forecasting inputs for transportation analysis from census data, federal and state resources as well as local contributions. Worked with consultants, communities and the state to analyze future roadway enhancements, along with residential, commercial and industrial growth.

Managed the Transportation Improvement Program, with allocations around $150 million. Oversaw regional quarterly tracking meetings, ensuring Federal and State timelines were met on an average of 40 projects. Worked with communities in grant writing for state and federal grants, with the greatest total annual awards of $85M and $233M over the course of my tenure. In this position I developed an Asset Management Program for the region, a regional training platform to teach Traffic Incident Management across multiple emergency response disciplines, and utilized my expertise in data analysis to bring dynamic dashboards and easy to understand transportation data flows to the 4 county region.

Aunalytics is a portfolio company of Graham Allen Partners that helps companies garner value from internal corporate data and integration with external data sources.Aunalytics works with clients to leverage existing in house data - focusing on clients in the areas of financial services, healthcare, media, and retail sectors. We help them find value in this information, offering tools that allow for business predictions and better decision making. Our mission is to challenge our clients to rethink data—by using it to answer their most challenging questions.The role of a data engineer at Aunalytics is focused on procuring, cleaning, linking and featurizing big data. Within this role I developed and maintained highly dimensional data platforms for clients, data scientists and business analysts. This included the search for key indicators which might suggest actionable and strategic moves for midsized companies.Some responsibilities of this position were to support data scientists by scripting new indicators which were added to predictive algorithms, joining client data with 3rd party data to bolster richness in data content and adding to workflows to produce new insights into clients existing datasets.

This position provided long range strategies and operational management for the information technology functions within Williams Aerial & Mapping, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Some key responsibilities are as follows:Lead a team in hardware, software and network support for the central office and its subsidiaries, as well as to our fleet’s crew members. Managed and facilitated systems and platforms that open up channels of communication worldwide for both effective service delivery and reliable data collection.Developed and maintained multiple websites.Maintained the budget for technology purchases and renewals.

This position required a robust knowledge of photogrammetry and the versatility to mange several departments within the service delivery chain. I oversaw a phenomenal team of three employees that were each responsible for tasks in separate departments. Example duties for my position at Williams Aerial & Mapping, Inc. are as follows:Project direction for special contracts. This role allowed for the opportunity to define policy and procedure which directly related to how we met our clients needs. This position required the ability to pivot in a demanding environment in order to meet fluid deadlines. Tasks within this role also required the customization of software either written or edited by myself. Oversaw flight planning for special projects. At any time the company may have had up to 30 aircraft acquiring data for the production of maps. It was imperative to me that their activity was never static. As such, the ability to prioritize projects and allocate resources appropriately was the key to this role. Managed the orthophotography department and data ingest/processing departments. This position required the ability to prioritize projects of various size. Our departments might have been required to produce 50+ maps within a few months. These departments could also see upwards of 40TB of data a month. Therefore, data management, disaster recovery policy and retention were key responsibilities.
