My experience in management & sales has taught me two things - we are always selling and we are always solving. Whether I am managing a team and selling them on the vision for our future or working with a prospect / customer to find the problem that needs solving these two actions are at the heart of everything we do. Discovering that has driven my focus on how best to help my companies and customers grow.Building and fixing things has always been my passion going back to my childhood where I was able to tinker with things in my dad's shop.
