CurrentDefine the next generation of Salesforce’s GTM model with an emphasis on driving growth and productivity while improving cost efficiency, and maximize the value of multi-billion dollar acquisitions, including Slack and Tableau, through coordinated GTM model, cross-sell programs, and robust business analysis and inspection.GTM Transformation• Lead GTM initiatives to transform global GTM model in order to drive growth and productivity in areas of high opportunity and/or underperformance (e.g., Agent-First GTM, New Logos Acceleration, Specialization Optimization)• Lead analysis and scenario modeling to unlock potential to achieve exponential growth, including market whitespace analysis, pipeline and campaign analysis, and sales coverage optimizationM&A GTM Strategy• Develop coordinated GTM model and cross-sell programs via robust analysis of acquisition customers and sales pipeline, and identification of key opportunity areas to drive ACV synergy uplift• Set top-line synergy and sales program targets across business units globally, and develop executive reporting tools to drive progress
