Provided leadership as Executive Director by creating systems and organization to help grow from 30 to 700+ people in less than 2 years. While overseeing day-to-day operations, recruited, trained, and supervised 300+ volunteers through 12 volunteer staff. Directly led event operations for 200+ events, website, social media and communications, facilities, capital projects, finances, fundraising, and office administrative support.
