• Manage and support the end to end process for international assignments, permanent relocations and new hires. • Receive and resolve general or ad hoc queries via emails and phone calls from employees, business partners, compensation team, benefits team and other teams within the HR department and wider business in relation to Global Mobility policies and processes.• Complete processes and resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.• Use process documentation and my own initiative to work through tasks and caseload, and to solve new queries, and by doing so to develop a knowledge base of common queries/problems.• Assist on ad hoc Global Mobility projects. For example, creating and launching one pipeline report which has allowed over 10 reports to be decommissioned. It is used by multiple stakeholders across the business.• Immigration – manage immigration compliance through effective reporting to monitor visa expiries including notifications to the UK Home Office. • Cost Estimates – review and summarize costs estimates, highlighting costs and considerations of prospective assignments and permanent relocations.• Assignment Letters and employee briefing notes – draft assignment letters and employee briefing notes for a range of host locations and job levels, including managing directors.• HR System Updates – maintain data accuracy for my own allocated population of assignments & relocations • Social Security – maintain social security compliance by initiating vendors to work on CoC/A1 applications and monitoring the expiry of these and activating the renewal if applicable. • External Vendors – work closely with external vendors to create the best possible experience for employees.• Run cyclical reports to include immigration compliance and assignment tracking

I worked alongside consultants to collect and analyse data on the current position of the finance division within RBS.
