I have more than 10 years of experience in project/operations management and 3 years of teaching at the university level. Over this time, I’ve managed diverse teams of 100+ personnel in dynamic environments and maintained operational assets valued at over $67M+. Throughout my professional life, I constantly look to challenge “the way we’ve always done it.” Trying to make processes more efficient, experimenting with new ways to deliver instructional material, and using design thinking to enhance training opportunities for my organization. I excel at problem-solving and thinking outside of the box. I’ve learned my best professional lessons through failure and embrace the opportunity to take on big challenges. I’m always working on ways to improve professionally. Getting my MBA, professional reading, seeking feedback, and looking to expand my responsibilities have all been instrumental in my development.
