Liaising with participating employers accounting departments to acquire and analyze payroll records either on site or through the mail. In the process of these audits determine the proper reporting of fringe benefits in accordance with signed compliance bargaining agreements or other special plan agreements. Then draft reports detailing findings for decision making by plan trustees or alternately support legal action for noncompliance.

As part of Wave Broadband's accounting department I worked in the Accounts Payable function for the Wave Fiber Design and Construction team using Oracle Fusion ERP. I also worked on updating and maintaining project information and budgets within Oracle. Bi-weekly I assisted in the processing of FDC payroll through Spring Ahead software for the members of the FDC team of a hundred plus employees. Was part of the FDC team that was involved in the migration of the invoicing function from Quickbooks to Oracle and have assisted in the testing and debugging of Oracle software updates for the AP function. Wrote the official documentation for the AP Admin Coordinator Role to help train new hires.
