Throughout the course of my professional career, I have consistently been rewarded with expanded levels of responsibility due to my proficiency in various areas of Human Resources. In terms of education, I possess a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky where I graduatedwith Honors. As you review my profile, you will note that I was most recently employed with Vesta Property Services. There are two divisions within Vesta; One side handles property management, while the other is focused on managing personnel on behalf of municipal clients. Most recently, I was the Regional Human Resources Business Partner for the South Florida Region. I was accountable for HR practices across 10 offices comprised of approximately 500 employees on the property management side of the business. I partnered with operations to increase performance, expandrecruitment efforts, and develop the business within my assigned territory.From 2017 to 2021, I served as the Human Resources Manager for Facility Contract Services which is under the Vesta banner, but focused on personnel management. During my tenure, the contract grew from 150 employees to more than 300. It was my responsibility to recruit quality candidates, conductinterviews, and extend offers of employment. I also facilitated onboarding, conducted training, and served as a resource for new team members when they had questions about HR. I also contributed to the development and integration of an improved compensation and benefits program.
