As a Liaison Project Manager (formerly titled Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist), I lead projects in Williams' Susqhehanna Supply Hub that assist in the transition from the company's former physical risk management system (the System Integrity Plan, or SIP) to the Williams Integrity Management System, or WIMS. My duties include leading the area's Site Specific Operating Procedure development project, providing feedback to various subject matter experts as new enterprise-level procedures are developed, assist in the implementation of procedures, and build stronger relationships between Williams Operations, and Operational Excellence (OE) group, and other critical company support staff. Additionally, I provide the franchise-level interface between our franchise and the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PA PUC) and the New York Public Service Commission (NY PSC), which locally implement PHMSA (US DOT) requirements.

As an Operations Supervisor with Williams Midstream (a natural gas gathering and processing company), I was lucky enough to oversee the ABA South Team, who's name was later changed to the Central Team. While in the position, the team grew from eight employees to 15 and from one small compressor station (6,500 hp and 80 MMCFD of dehydration capacity) to five stations, with a combined 55,000 hp (reciprocating and turbomachinery) and 1.5 BCFD of dehydration capacity.My responsibilities included front-line management of the team and assets, interaction with critical support staff (Safety and Environmental Specialists, Engineers, etc.), and practical application of company policies to front line employees.

Lackawanna College, New Milford Center was opened in March of 2007 with the purpose of providing quality higher education opportunities to residents of Susquehanna County, PA. Today the Center is thriving, servicing nearly 250 students, many of whom reside in the County. With the recent increase in natural gas production in Susquehanna County, the New Milford Center created a degree in Natural Gas Technology. This new degree program began in the Fall Semester of 2009 and is being supported by local, as well as nationally recognized members of the gas industry.
