- Develop and deliver business process improvements through technology solutions (UiPath/Power Automate), saving employees thousands of hours per year across the following departments: Measurement, Accounting, Finance, Environmental, Engineering, Human Resources, Field Operations- Assist with the identification and prioritization of work requests, development resources, and ensuring agreed upon service levels are met- Project management experience using AgilePlace- Consult with business process owners to evaluate process improvement opportunities and potential technology solutions- RPA assessment including current state condition, develop analysis and offer recommendations, vetting processes for suitability, internal control implications, and cost/benefit followed by developing a business case and approach for RPA implementation- Develop RPA documentation including diagrams and design documents in support of project efforts and best practices- Provide oversight / lead business projects involving RPA technology- Interact with business users via consulting and training to ensure effective use of RPA technology solutions- Assist business users with continuing RPA maintenance to ensure quality and high performance; work with IT personnel to develop solutions to any system-related issues- Contribute to the development and evolution of Company’s technology strategy and intellectual capital- Experience in project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, evaluation of available options and cost/benefit analysis, development of implementation strategies, testing and deployment- Experience interacting, advising and communicating effectively with subordinates, peers and all levels of management

- Prepare financial forecast for United States property taxes (Lower 48 and Corporate Assets) and book accrual based uponforecasted amounts (monthly adjustments made in accordance with guidance from business unit)- Perform financial analysis for environmental compliance entries and provide guidance on fluctuations- Responsible for providing support to the Canada, Corporate, and Lower 48 business units through research, analysis, transaction entry, account reconciliation, and assuring adherence to Company Accounting Policy- Record and analyze monthly accruals, amortization, currency conversion, G/L clearing, third party invoices, and various requestsfrom the business unit-Prepare ~50 monthly reconciliations of single and dual currency (USD and CAD)

- Process revenue for Montana oil assets- Evaluate and process prior period adjustments for corrections in price, volume, and/or division of interest to uphold the integrity to our owners- Produce account reconciliation variance reports on a quarterly basis; these reports are sent to supervisors and the managing directors- Assist in conversion project from Enterprise Upstream (EU) to SAP; includes a variety of test scenarios and data validation

- Manage joint interest billings for lower 48 business partners. - Perform account reconciliations for monthly joint interest billings- Analyze variances of capital and expense charges on a per month basis

- Medical informatics, data entry, physician compensation reports, customer demographics - Helped finalize the 2010-2011 fiscal year budget - Used SharePoint to upload/share documents/spreadsheets/databases with other company departments - Attended several board/chairs/deans meetings discussing current budget and financial status - Joined company members in 6 Sigma training seminars to improve employee and customer satisfaction - Participated in the Leadership Institute 2011in which group activities were performed with other employees to develop leadership skills - Attended patient advocacy training seminar to improve customer service company-wide and improve the customer’s experience
