At AmCham China, I led the strategy and operations for the Chamber’s communications channels, which included policy documents, digital content, event planning, and social media management. My role involved collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication, as well as advising senior leadership on policy and advocacy issues impacting U.S. businesses in China. I was also responsible for authoring and approving policy documents that were shared with U.S. and Chinese government officials, while developing tailored communications strategies for the Chamber’s public-private partnerships in key industries like energy, aviation, and healthcare.I spearheaded initiatives to enhance the Chamber’s digital presence, including establishing partnerships with popular social media platforms such as WeChat and Weibo, which resulted in a 25% increase in website traffic.
