Mr. Weaver utilizes pertinent data to drive the decision-making process, revising the programs as needed to maximize protection and minimize cost.With over a decade of risk management life experience, Mr. Weaver is prepared to serve and counsel with owners and executives to help them protect their assets and achieve their goals. He is committed to lifelong learning. He achieved the professional education accomplishments of Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation in 2016, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2014, and the Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) designation in 2013. He immerses himself in the industry to gain understanding of the owners’ and executives’ business concerns, analyzes and weighs the best solutions, and then using a Total Cost of Risk process helps develop and execute solid winning strategies. Mr. Weaver is motivated by his three core values—God, Family, and Country. He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a mission in Berlin Germany. He has worked in diverse business sectors, including commercial banking, hospitality management, custom home building, structural steel construction, and the Agribusiness and Food Industry. He attended Southern Utah University (SUU), where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in German. In his senior year at SUU, he was an intern at the Leavitt Group, where he learned the Insurance Industry.
