I was born and raised in Marketing; I've seen how the World of Experiential has evolved from the Grassroots efforts in the 80's, felt the wind rush by as national and mobile marketing left it's adversaries in the dust (and all with a minty fresh smile), and have taken to the Stage my own personality and mission to show others what all the Hype is about.From grade school (debate ends here, my 10th birthday "field day" party was the best) to high school (radio dj, coffeehouse concerts, charity drives) and to college (drive-in movies on the quad, Easter Seals, spring weekends with Wyclef Jean & Guster), I am a bit of a party animal! Though the real rush comes from creating, planning and coordinating all details from start to finish. I'm a people-pleaser and logistics freak, and am only content when I know everyone else is having as good a time as I am! My professional development has been richly involved with the personnel it takes to execute a promotional event. Working closely with brands and agencies, I have been part of a team who takes a careful look at the product at hand and the type of person best suited to sell that product and ignite the connection! But there is so much more than what meets the eye - training, communication, details. We are a true partner in meeting our client's needs - I will bend over backwards to assist with our programs in any way. My capabilities reach beyond staffing - event research, sponsorship negotiation and procurement, vendor relations, logistics and coordination, social media management, and anything else I can do to ensure flawless execution.It is part of my nature to make connections with those I interact with. I like getting to know my staff and making sure they know I'm rooting for them. I work hard to show my clients that I'm up to bat for them and we play on the same field. As a coach for my team, I provide guidance and training on the fundamentals, but stand back to let them hit their own home runs. We all win.
