After successfully working with the store previously as a part timer in Technology sales, I was asked to come back and work as a Key holder for the store with standard responsibility over the staff as Leader on duty. My primary responsibility included the smooth running of our Technology dept. This required coordination between our technology sales and the service dept. There, I took part in and trained staff to identify problems with customer devices then suggest a solution through our available services. This also included training staff on standard sales procedure and customer service. Later, I left to pursue my education in IT at DeVry University.
