My company and professional catchall when I’m freelancing. In the past, IY has been as large as 30 employees between New York, San Francisco and Japan. And I’ve led the creation of digital products for: Coca-Cola, 3M, Vodaphone, GE Capital, Transitions Lens, Avid Technology and more.

My current role where I’ve been pretty busy working on the future. Clients come to us and ask what we think they’ll look like in 5 or 10 years from now and we’re happy to show them. I’m responsible for global resourcing, scouting new talent, managing strategic engagements, as well as managing and mentoring the entire east coast production team. I’ve also helped build out financial, operational and production processes that have since become the backbone of the company.Clients include: Royal Caribbean, Bell Helicopters, Marriott, Walmart and much more. Projects involved: facial recognition, autonomous vehicles, experiential marketing, enterprise design systems, AR / VR and pioneering products for new industries.

While at C&T I continued to grow the WWE account I nurtured at DOOR3, as well helped Consumer Reports move to a membership model. For WWE, it was getting a deeper understanding of their path-to-purchase and consumer behaviour. This involved reconsidering how WWE categorized and marketed their video content across all digital platforms (AppleTV, Roku, Mobile, Web, etc.) as well as how they treated individual pieces of content from 30 second teasers to their premium service offerings on the WWE Network. For Consumer Reports it was introducing a new membership model through key features. The idea being a holistic connected experience that positioned CR as a trusted partner for all your important life decisions. The end result was a suite of premium tools which helped redefine and reintroduce an older brand to a new audience, as well as increase subscriptions 30% in the first year. Projects involved: react.js, Android, iOS, qualitative in person testing, A/B testing using Optimizely and service design through intercom.io and Zendesk initiatives.

My second stint at DOOR3 where I got to go deep into technical solution consulting. While there I managed multiple concurrent tracks of work ranging from large-scale enterprise CMS build-outs to global multilingual experiences. I managed a team of onshore and offshore teams through every part of the project lifecycle from discovery to deployment, lead new business initiatives and maintained over 20% of the company's revenue at the time.Client work included: CNN, The Javits Center and WWE. Technology included: Symphony, Angular.js, iOS, Android, Drupal, Umbraco and Google 360 (Marketing & Analytics)

I was part of the team that brought XFINITY to millions of homes. I managed multiple tracks of creative, UX, strategy and technical work for contextual help in the form of responsive guides for web, remote and set-top boxes. I also oversaw work for MDU (multiple-dwelling unit) packages, multilingual holiday promotions and helped maintain $10M in revenue. Client work included: Comcast.Projects involved: 3D Printing, illustrations, focus group questionnaires and prototyping.

Director of Digital Project Management for Proof, IC. a subsidiary of Burson Marsteller and a WPP Company. Managed and produced websites, responsive and adaptive design pages, Facebook apps, iPhone apps and other various digital deliverables. Clients included: Accenture, Marriott, Tylenol, FedEx, Sun-Maid, SFO Airport, Neil Lane, Lincoln, AIG, FourLoko, Kay Jewelers, Hawaiian Airlines, Hilton, Hyatt, Johnson and Johnson and The State of Nevada Tourism.

Supported the execution and delivery of all 21 Time, Inc. titles to numerous mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Kindle) and devices. Helped to bring more interactivity to the iPad issues using various HTML5 and jQuery mobile components and helped to manage the Sports Illustrated "Everywhere" endeavor which brought the publication to the web and numerous mobile devices. Clients included: Time Magazine, People, Real Simple and Sports Illustrated.
