I worked alongside the rest of the Leadership Team to build trust & maintain relationships with bulk purchase account holders as well as campus administration/contract holders in order to drive adoption and engagement. I assist our General Manager to oversee delivery and execution of business operations projects as they were carried out by myself and my team members, and I assist with our Marketing Director to deliver the operational and customer care needs pertaining to marketing campaigns and projects. I also have had the pleasure of representing operational needs as well as advocating for the customer as I consult our in-house software development team in the construction of a custom software suite (customer and employee mobile apps, a CRM, and POS/Inventory Management).Overall, alongside the rest of the Leadership Team, we built a team that resulted in all-time highs in sales, renewals, and revenue numbers, as well as a historic decrease in order error percentage and payout cost associated with issue resolution.

As a member of the Operations Team at Tide University Laundry, I help to manage all day-to-day operations at universities across the country.
