I oversaw the Campus Operations Team to coordinate field operations, manage remote employees, troubleshoot operational and technological issues, & deliver customer support to students at universities across the country in order to grow sales and renewals of subscription-based laundry plans.I'm proud of the team we built. I assist our General Manager to oversee delivery and execution of business operations projects as they were carried out by myself and my team members, and I assist with our Marketing Director to deliver the operational and customer care needs pertaining to marketing campaigns and projects. I also have had the pleasure of representing operational needs as well as advocating for the customer as I consult our in-house software development team in the construction of a custom software suite (customer and employee mobile apps, a CRM, and POS/Inventory Management).Overall, alongside the rest of the Leadership Team, we built a team that resulted in all-time highs in sales, renewals, and revenue numbers, as well as a historic decrease in order error percentage and payout cost associated with issue resolution.
