Ensured smooth operation of Netsuite by assisting users in resolving day to day issues, building reports, searches, answering questions, and facilitating system changes to support the needs of the business. Worked to resolve a backlog of marketing communications while also setting up and monitoring various web promotions and filling reporting needs for marketing mangers throughout the group.

Supported CLEAR’s National Account Team by providing data analysis on accounts, forecasting and quota generation and acted as the liaison between the team and the Marketing department. During this time, I participated in market assessments, lead trainings, and built operational review presentations for senior management.

As a Team leader I managed retail departments and supervised teams of 20 plus part time and full time employees. During this time I ran various departments including the front lanes and customer service, hardline and softline departments and portions of the backroom logistic process.

As a Team Member at target I worked in every department of the store from the cashier lanes to the backroom. Due to my customer service abilities, knowledge of the entire of the store and relationships I had built with the various teams I was promoted to team leader as soon as I was eligible.
