Worked with production to create schedules and quota’s through Shotgun Studios and Excel for 25+ animators based on experience and skill level, provided notes and ensured the production trackers were up to date to keep track of progress on 9 episodes, facilitate daily scrums with leads and animators, troubleshoot and resolve any concerns and issues, worked with the lead animators to ensure that the assigned work met the expected quality as well as ensuring that no animator is overwhelmed with work. This includes both digitizing the archival materials as well as organizing them in our database.
