As a young child I can remember being thrown into the back seat of an 80's model yellow Mercedes by my Grandmother, a real estate agent of 30+ years. "Do it right, Do it now, Do it with pride!" she would say while touring local neighborhoods and homes. However this day something was different in her.... you know, grown up stuff. I asked where we were going and her reply was "I don't know." My young mind pondered this thought for a moment and then exclaimed, "If you don't know where we are going, then how do you know when we get there?" I was but 3 years old. I learned right then the importance of looking forward and the value in keeping the end game in sight. Plan your work, and work your plan! Thanks Grandma. Real Estate is a big deal.
