Ryan Feit is the Co-Founder of SeedInvest, a platform that changed early-stage startup financing in the United States. Feit was instrumental in the passage of the 2012 JOBS Act, which changed 80-year-old U.S. securities laws to make it possible for entrepreneurs to raise capital over the Internet.As CEO of SeedInvest, Feit scaled the platform to over 700,000 investors and funded over 500 startups. Following the passage of the JOBS Act, Feit worked closely with members of the SEC, FINRA, the White House, and the Treasury Department on the implementation of and ultimate improvements to the JOBS Act. In 2019, he sold SeedInvest to Circle, the principal architect of USDC, a leading dollar digital currency responsible for over $10 trillion in transactions in over 190 countries. In 2021, Feit joined Circle’s Executive Leadership Team and Co-Founded Circle Ventures, which has funded over 125 blockchain and crypto companies.Feit frequently serves as a subject matter expert on startup investing and fintech regulation for the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, the New York Times, the Economist, Fortune Magazine, Inc. Magazine, and CNBC. He serves on FINRA’s Fintech Committee and as a Board Member of Crowdcube and the YPO Entrepreneurship Network. Feit is also a Senior Advisor to several high-growth fintech companies. Prior to founding SeedInvest, Feit worked at Wellspring Capital Management and Lehman Brothers in New York City where he invested in, financed, and managed dozens of private and public businesses. He received an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
