Support Services Supervisor
CurrentAs the Support Services Supervisor the main responsibility is the coordination of all tooling (print plates, cutting dies, ink) and stock, to the proper machines to ensure that the crews operating the machines can compete scheduled order on time. Projects: Lead the transition period between our previous Ink supplier and our current supplier. Responsibilities include: coordination of ink to machines, training to operate ink system, planning ahead of time and ordering all necessary inks from supplier in order to keep machines on track.Lead cutting die and print plate purge to ensure the best organization of tooling.Other responsibilities:Coordinate tooling using Support Services Team to meet production goalsDeliver dies, ink and print plates to machinesReceive all incoming material: board, packages, cutting dies etcDevelop organizational strategies and procedures Maintain a safe work environment and train new employeesCoordinate the movement of trailers to ensure machines have necessary stock to run ordersOrganize Cutting die storage to ensure cutting dies can be found easily and quickly as not to slow down productionOverall plant organization and upkeep
