Polly continues to experience rapid growth thanks to its relationships with the many automotive dealerships, insurance carriers and technology partners that have contributed to the success of the platform. • Originate and manage strategic relationships around the Polly platform. Specifically, automotive dealerships, regional and national insurance carriers, integration partners and technology partners to enhance the Polly platform.

• Execute investment banking, private equity activities.• Perform key role in several processes including financial modeling, offering document drafting, due diligence execution, construction of investor/client presentations, deal sourcing efforts, and general managing director support.• Value a broad range of companies and projects utilizing financial modeling tools such as, DCF, comparable company and comparable acquisition analyses. Analyze models to evaluate the quantitative impact of proposed transactions.• Identify new business opportunities and participate in client pitches with senior bankers. Selected Deals Include:- Specialty Pharmaceutical Company: $200 million private equity placement, lead advisor.- Major Commodities Firm: $150 million high yield bond offering, co-lead manager.- Biotech Company: $43 million initial public offering, co-lead manager.- Bulge Bracket Bank (Credit Suisse): $2 billion lawsuit over distressed luxury real estate deal, expert witness.- Technology Company (Intel Corporation): $1 billion lawsuit over seized collateral damages, expert witness.
