Really strange how it all turned out. Having grown up moving through nine different educational institutions as my family had to relocate a lot, and completing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, my first job was as a completion engineer with Halliburton, Saudi Arabia. After two fruitful years of working with Halliburton, I decided to take a step in a completely different direction and shift to my native state of Goa to work on something of my own. It all started with using a handy cam to record a face to camera. That one experience lead my to learn the sheer complexity of video production: You need to record pure audio, your composition has to be right, the light on your subject is important, a multi-camera set up is better, audio editing is crucial, editing out the unwanted parts takes a long time, crafting a story out of what you're given takes an even longer time... the list went on. Though something as small as a face to camera could be so complex, I seemed to thrive on the demands of the job. Over the course of time, I began to invest in myself, in the equipment I require to high production value content and my skill set. Of late, I have been specializing in producing cinematic walk-through of resorts, villas and hotels. Capturing the beauty of what the architect and interior designer has produced is something that excites me and keeps me searching for the best ways in which to capture it in all its splendor. Apart from looking to produce content for hotels and high end villas, I would also love to work with organisations looking to capture the stories and the lives of the people that make the organisation tick.
