-Employed by this professional and rapidly growing Third-Party Administration firm to assist corporations with their financial, accounting and legal obligations relating to their 401(k) plans.-Specializing in coordinating new business relations and implementation with their financial institution conversion.-Direct clients through the 401(k) rollover, loan, and withdrawal process in a professional and accurate manner.

The mission of Salt Lake Donated Dental is to relieve dental pain and suffering while preserving oral health through preventative education and comprehensive treatment to those with no other access to dental care. The organization excels in its mission providing dental care to 1,000s of local residents who would not be able to obtain this care otherwise.

As firefighter, engineer, paramedic and captain with this department I was able to participate with the following:- Served on Fleet and Training Division committees and chaired committees for Emergency Medicine, Quality Assurance and the Davis County Grant Prioritization Committee.- Utilized research, statistics, and review to become aware of Quality Assurance issues and then adjusted training accordingly. Coordinated and oversaw the creation of the paramedic program including budgeting, research, equipment and medical equipment purchasing, policy design and implementation.- Medical Training Officer on the State of Utah Emergency Medical Services Committee.- Lead a dynamic team of firefighters and paramedics to excel with stressful, life-savings duties while ensuring high-morale and motivation.- Planned and implemented the creation of the North Salt Lake Emergency Management Program.- Lead Instructor at Firefighter Academy.

Coordinated the start-up of the emergency management program for the City of North Salt Lake including:- Developing a city emergency management plan- Creating evacuation routes and website updates- Coordinating response efforts from federal and local levels- Organizing and tracking CERT training- Working with businesses and churches to prepare all within the city for an emergency- Conducting mock disasters to test preparedness, plans and communications
