Recruited to fortify and grow company from a successful bootstrap start-up to a dual site corporation treating a daily average of 70+ clients. Responsibilities included the oversight and management of treatment facility operations, system and process implementation & improvement, financial analysis, expense management, the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives. Tasked with revamping, developing, and assuming day-to-day management over the following departments: Finance, Insurance Billing, Compliance, Human Resources, Client Operations, Admissions, and Sales & Marketing. Worked closely with Clinical Department and medical staff to assure alignment of professional and business goals, objectives and practices and to ensure cohesive operations and company culture.

Promoted to play a key role in the re-structuring of CRC’s private pay & commercial insurance sales model from a facility specific, silo approach to a laddered national sales organization in order to better position the company for sale / acquisition. Responsibilities included the hiring, training and development of Western U.S. sales team, territory baselining, budget re-structuring, sales strategy development, and the implementation of CRC’s relationship management (CRM) system Salesforce.com while providing sales leadership during a time of great organizational change and uncertainty.
