Directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the President. Leads and directs operations; brand development and marketing teams, promotion and coordination; IT teams; culinary teams; franchise teams and training & development for existing and new restaurant locations. Assists the President in the development of organization policies and goals that cover corporate and franchisee operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the functions mentioned above.

Oversees the operations of MacKenzie River Pizza Company in conjunction with the COO and Regional Managers. Responsible for hiring/training/coaching/reviewing/terminating salaried management; monitoring prime costs; P&L analysis; actual versus theoretical cost and variance analysis; monitor and report on service standards, food quality and facility maintenance for each restaurant location; coordinate and lead training teams with new restaurant openings; train (and remain a point of contact for) Franchisee owners.
