Highlights:. • Extended our hosting service line to include including Nuance PowerScribe 360 suite of products and PACSHarmony(radiology workflow management). • Spearheaded relaunch of Medical Advisory Board(MAB) to better engage our customers while improving our software release cycle. Members roles are to review new product offerings and enhancements before they are released to market. Made of both physicians and system administrators.• Decrease install time for PACS and HL7 Project through process engineering that included crossing training both developers and PMs to complete tasks that were bottlenecks with existing projects. This include cross-training PMs in doing their own connectivity testing, deploying default HL7 channels, and completing test scripts.
