Operate, maintain, and repair the HP Indigo 20000 presses while providing valuable feedback about bottlenecks and open issues spanning the entire shop floor. Produce clean rolls with only registered splices to post-press operators, beyond what is called for in the SOP. I led the charge in implementing the ganged run workflow for jobs with multiple SKUs, to bring even more efficiency to the slitting department. Due to my knowledge of color management I was able to point out profile mismatches in the artwork from some of our largest customers before it came off the press and also to identify cracks in the color strategy implementation on the DFE.Also trained on the solventless laminator and slitter operation and maintenance.
