Assists in the coordination of several high profile events and seasonal vending engagements such as Tailspin Ale festival, Keg Fest of Ale, Beatersville, Barrel Roll, and Fleur de Flea. Working closely with the president of H.B. Productions, L.L.C. to market, manage, and engage communities through several states. Some events also included fundraising components for different community organizations such as Kosair Crusade for Children, Dare to Care, etc. Currently have a network of several agencies and spirit distributors throughout the city of Louisville. Hands on operational knowledge of successful event organization.

Handles daily needs of executives, lead administrator of HMIS database for Coalition for the Homeless (Wayside Division), manages IT, HR, shipping and receiving, administrator of charitable gifts, fundraising, and volunteer coordination of large groups for the mission.

In addition to aiding executives, the position required supporting both the accounting and HR department. Key contributions include: Travel reservations, dictation, Spanish to English translation, speech writing, graphic design, presentation development, accounting and expense report creation, processing of background checks, and Netsuite management.Currently working on contractual basis.

Handling daily scheduling of clients. Managing, developing, and filing time sensitive documents and motions of order with Kentucky Court Systems. Conducting legal research on behalf of Ms. Spalding to aide in legal cases. In addition, key contributions include: Direct relations with Kentucky Court Systems, legal template development, legal research, trusted courier, event scheduling, travel reservations, dictation, Spanish to English translation.
