Helped disrupt dentistry in Australasia through organizational transformation and Artificial Intelligence.- Led the RTA workstream on a HR transformation programme across ~300 practices across Australasia- Led the implementation of an AI pilot programme to address the longstanding issue of inconsistent and opaque clinical diagnoses- Programme Manager for a portfolio of Strategy & Innovation initiatives which involved a wide range of clinical and non-clinical stakeholdersContract role - left upon completion of key projects.

Responsible for providing in-depth strategic/financial analysis and insights.- Led a nationwide process optimization project, which impacted domestic sales policies- Scenario modelling (e.g. financial impacts on the business relating to market/regulated price changes)- Ownership of financial planning and forecasting process- Generating actionable insights through building fit-for-purpose dashboards/scorecards - Reporting and presenting the monthly financial results to the Commercial Finance Leadership Team

Responsible for advising on the optimization of Field Sales resources, and investment into growth channels and regions. Highlighted projects included:- Constructed a Service Policy for the Field Sales team which was implemented nationwide- Built an integrated merchandising rostering/timesheet tool to replicate the function of a proposed $500k app in pipeline to reduce timesheet fraud significantly- Achieved business case approval for several large enterprise applications, including a Virtual Reality tool that is now used nationwide
