As a Registered Dietitian, I am passionate about guiding individuals towards healthier, more balanced lives through personalized nutrition counseling and education. I specialize in working with clients across a variety of needs, including food allergies, chronic diseases, but my main focus is on disordered eating. My approach integrates evidence-based strategies with a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological aspects of food, enabling my clients to achieve sustainable, meaningful change.Beyond one-on-one counseling, I lead mindful eating workshops, Co-Run a podcast called Simple Healthy Life, and run disordered eating support groups, empowering participants to develop a healthier relationship with food. I am committed to providing a supportive and compassionate environment where clients feel heard and understood.My work is rooted in a belief that nutrition is not just about what we eat, but how we eat, and the relationship we build with food. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, I strive to inspire confidence and a sense of well-being in every client.
