Managed unconventional hydraulic fracturing completions in a new business unit covering 5 European countries. Designed completions and hydraulic fracturing programs, supervised wellsite managers and new graduate engineers, established a safe work management program and a permit to work process, worked with new service providers to raise the level of safety and equipment standards, provided contract scope of works and worked with contract amendments, presented technical information to local residents at town hall meetings, toured various levels of government at the well site, conducted project plannig and peer review meetings in various European countries and the US. Obtained approvals for various permits in a challenging and sensitive regulatory environmemt. Supervised jobs at the well site, and ensured that all ancillary services were planned for a remote operation.

Reservoir Engineer for a single subsea well producing 15,000 bopd with gas lift. Justified a well intervention to repair the gas lift system and participated in a lookback of the initial gas lift design. Attended JV TCM meetings on behalf of the company. Updated reservoir simulation models for Production forecasting purposes.

Well integrity including scheduled maintenance of wellhead and tree valve greasing. Well integrity and annulus pressure management modelling. Well work project leader for an offshore coil tubing campaign to deepen gas lift and shut off water production. Programmed an ESP workover.

Lead a small team responsible for shale gas, tight gas horizontal multistage frac completion designs.

Development, Operations, Completions engineer for oil and gas fields in North America.3 years located at the Edson field office. Operations Engineer for the Kabob gas field and later the Edson Elkton sour gas field. 200+ wells on plunger lift and two sweet gas plants.
