Since Ryan joined the Glant Pacific Companies, which includes Pacific Iron & Metal, Pacific Fabrics and Seattle's Doorhouse, the company has enjoyed the creation of multiple new revenue streams, upgraded significant marketing platforms, revitalized its culture, expanded its supplier network, and achieved profitability in multiple divisions. Ryan's passions are in cultivating his teams and seeking out opportunities for growth for the company and its employees. Before joining Glant Pacific Companies in 2012, Ryan practiced law at the prestigious Perkins Coie law firm, where he counseled companies large and small through their mergers and acquisitions, securities and governance work.In recent years, Ryan has served on the Board of EarthCorps, the National and Chapter Board of ISRI (Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries) and as President of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of ISRI serving membership from Alaska, British Columbia, Oregon and Washington. Ryan currently serves on the Board of Trustees for his beloved summer camp, Four Winds Westward Ho, on Orcas Island. Ryan is also an active member of YPO having recently served as the Membership Chair for the Seattle Chapter. Ryan is also a passionate musician, and he recently released the first of a number of singles available at www.ryanglantmusic.com. He is also the lead singer and keyboardist for Seattle-based band, Boxcar Tourists. Ryan holds his J.D. having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Seattle University. Ryan also holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. Ryan lives in Seattle with his wife and three children.
