- Support the Assistant Director of Programs and work alongside program leadership to develop staff and ensure program-wide standards and best practices are followed at all expanded learning sites.- Maintain observation logs, site visit reports, and agendas as documentation of technical assistance provided.- Coordinate delivery of services to sites such as special events, guest speakers, and field trips.- Act as a resource to site staff in curriculum development and as a student recruitment, retention, and program design leader.
