Due to reorganization within company I transitioned back to my previous consultant role, while maintaining the manager salary and many of the manager role accountabilities. Oversight and leadership responsibilities for a team of analysts, consultants and medical record review specialists. I was accountable for managing Premera's annual HEDIS submission process as well as monthly processing of all HEDIS measures for all lines of business. Analyzing and leading team through new HEDIS specifications, and testing of changes. Project and Timeline planning and oversight of adherence to schedule. Consulting with the team on complex data extracts, inputs and outputs. I work extensively with several vendors; Cotiviti for our HEDIS software, Advantasure for our Medicare Advantage business, Evolent for our individual membership, and Advent for our HEDIS audit process. I was Premera’s contact for the NCQA certified auditor throughout the HEDIS process. Premera has performed exceptionally well in each audit I have been a part of, and I have an excellent working relationship with the audit firm. Premera’s HEDIS scores have generally improved during my tenure in the Quality Program.

I owned the vendor relationship for the Valencia software. I monitor Valencia software (member information and billing reconciliation software for marketplace plans) both from a user workload perspective, bug reporting and change requests. I provide input to management in the form of scheduled and ah-hoc reports as well as verbal consultation. I extract data from Facets as well as Valencia via SQL. I monitor and maintain many of the membership and billing sharepoint lists via Access. My data is used for everything from metric reporting to responding to OIC/OID issues and other urgent requests from senior leadership.

Create and maintain SQL code used in regulatory and Ad Hoc reporting from the PIMS database system (Provider contract and demographic database) Reports range from very simple ad hoc reports, to complex SQL scripts used to produce directories or validate large amounts of data entered into the database. Creating scripts to auto-load or modify large amounts of provider information into the database. I personally developed and delivered Premera's Network Adequacy reports as well as Premera's regulatory annual OIC reporting for over a decade in my time with that department. I have also written several SQL scripts to automate the process of extracting data to be used for Premera's paper directories. Other duties include producing GeoAccess reports used in RFP's to gain new business for the company.

Duties included sorting, routing, delivering mail as well as operating high volume postage machines. I worked in the mailroom for about 1 year before I was hired as an administrative assistant for Provider Contracting and Payment. My duties included data entry, spreadsheet/database work, filing, ordering supplies and special tasks as assigned.
