Responsible for executing the marketing and leasing strategy for a portfolio of 17 buildings consisting of approximately 1 million sqft of commercial real estate property.Responsible for overseeing the entire leasing process (start to finish) from generating initial prospect interest through qualification, lease negotiation and document execution, along with managing and supervising a support team. After document execution, I assist the property manager in coordinating space planning and construction documents for new tenants. Continually maintaining relationships with all my existing tenants to assist in generating lease renewals. Make recommendations and assist in the coordination of property improvements designed to supplement the leasing process.Maintain company and property visibility with the local brokerage and prospect community, by participating in industry organizations and local civic events to network with brokers, peers, competitors, and leasing prospects. Stay abreast of comparable properties, their pricing and competitive positions, to maximize occupancy and financial performance of company properties relative to the competition.Budget expected property rental rates and leasing costs (TI’s and commissions) andcontinually evaluate leasing and pricing performance against budgeted expectations.Negotiate tenant improvement allowances and coordinate completion of improvements.Plan, coordinate and execute marketing and promotional events, open houses, etc.

Responsible for completing assigned real estate transactions such as leasing new office and warehouse space, renewing existing leases, lease assignments, and negotiating lease amendments for expansions and reductions.Works with in-house clients to resolve landlord/tenant issues for existing leasesCoordinate field broker activities, draft and revise lease clauses, negotiate and review commercial office leases in accordance with corporate policy.Prepare final lease packages for execution.Work includes highly politically pressured transactions valued in excess of $75 Million
