I was fortunate to discover my passion of production early and have stuck with it during my career. Over the years, I have gained an incredible set of both hard and soft skills. I have held positions of talent where I directly reached an audience, as well as positions of hands-on-production, skillfully operating a broad range of production equipment and software. I have been a journalist and a technician, which set me up for future success.I have been in leadership roles; responsible for hiring, goal setting, motivation, and development of technology workflows in the department. Coaching my team to perform at their best has been the greatest reward in this part of my career.Navigating the complexities of digital production in order to meet deadlines and producing the highest quality work is what drives me. Teamwork and cooperation in the teams I work with is what inspires me. Creativity and passion in production is what I'm looking for.
