• Initiate, plan, and implement all research objectives• Work within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) having the responsibility for establishing policy and procedures for using it accurately and consistently, within the policies of the organization and all legal parameters• Support the Recruiting team and represent MGMT Global Consulting as an acting liaison between C-Level employees and staff• Edit and post job descriptions, create offer letters and packets, initiate background and drug test procedures and communicate results as they become available• Prepare information packets for candidates and complete routine onboarding processes• Collaborate with the Principal to update Recruitment and Staffing activity summaries
